We are currently searching for a Sales Professional with proven home care sales experience who is committed to making a difference in the lives of others.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and potential clients. Sales / Networking Specialist responsibilities include :

• Initiate, develop, and nurture strategic relationships with Professional Referral Sources, Care Managers, Hospitals, Independent / Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation facilities, Workers Compensation, etc.
• Work one-on-one with existing clients to build new and enhance existing relationships to generate new business.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to raise awareness of the agency's services.
• Develop and execute sales plans that include targets and goals for strategic sales.
• Conduct research and continuously develop opportunities for new relationships and business development with particular focus working with Long Term Care, Worker's Compensation, and law firms / attorneys working with injury cases.

The ideal candidate will have :

Compensation : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
