Salary Range is $350,000 to $400,000 Based on Experience 401k With Match PTO 6 Paid Holidays CME with up to $3,500 Reimbursement and 5 Days Full Benefits With Employer Contribution Health, Vision, Dental and LTD Malpractice Covered Requirements : American Board of Pain Medicine Active Florida License EMR is Care Cloud Responsibilities : 3 Days in Venice Office and 2 Days in Port Charlotte Office Flexible on Those Days Hours of Operation are Monday Through Friday 8 to 5 20 to 25 Patients Per Day, Mostly Adults Procedures Done in Office Spinal Treatments a Plus Joint Surgeries Local And General Anesthesia No Hospital Work No Call No Nights No Weekend Requirements
