Lead Concierge - full time

You provide the first impression for all visitors and calls coming into the Sunnyside community! Located front and center of our Assisted Living neighborhood, you interact with residents and guests in person and over the phone. This is a busy position for someone who enjoys working with people and can multitask.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all residents & their guests with courtesy and customer service.
• Screen all visitors to the building, ensure that they sign in and out.
• Answer all phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Sort and organize daily mail for delivery, including packages and supplies.
• Respond to resident questions, requests and needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• Update information center daily, including activities calendar for the day and dining menu.
• Maintain appearance of the surrounding reception and living room area (straighten and arrange pillows, water flowers, etc.)
• Manage the Front Desk calendar and schedule for part-time evening and weekend staff.
• Update Front Desk staff on policy changes and day-to-day developments as needed.
• Serve as main point of contact for Front Desk Receptionist team.
