We're looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent in Markle, Indiana, to take charge of every part of our project. You'll be responsible for managing trade contractors, making sure work stays on schedule and within budget, and holding the team to a high standard of quality from start to finish.
Compensation :
$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily activities of construction from the pre-construction meeting until completion
- Maintain relationships with owners, sales team, trade contractors, and vendors
- Maintain construction budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion
- Maintain on-site quality control and job safety plans
- Conduct owner walk-throughs and meetings
