This position requires an LPN

Requirements :

• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Degree from accredited school of nursing; valid and current nursing license in the state of Indiana in good standing
• Possess sufficient organizational and interpersonal skills to assign tasks, encourage staff, produce positive outcomes, and improve quality
• Assess residents and complete appropriate and required documentation
• Provide med pass and wound care as needed
• Provide oversight to qualified staff
• Perform staff competencies and education as needed
• Must have CBRF certifications for the State of Indiana including Standard Precautions and Fire Safety
• Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
