Staff Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Product Security.

Key Responsibilities

Drive execution of security initiatives across the product portfolio, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Organize and lead cross-functional programs to enhance product security, managing dependencies and risks

Develop strong communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and technical decisions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage ambiguity

Solid technical background with experience in software development and understanding complex systems

Proven track record in organizing and leading complex programs involving multiple stakeholders

BSc / MSc in a related field or equivalent experience
