job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and delivery of youth development programs under the supervision of the School Site Manager, Site Coordinator, or Clubhouse Director. Develop meaningful relationships with youth in an after-school and summer program setting. Engage with children, ensuring their safety, participation, and enjoyment in activities. Supervise and interact with children (K-6th grade) during after-school hours. Perform other duties as assigned to support program goals and initiatives. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Minimum of one year of experience working with children . Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children in a positive and effective manner. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds , bend, and stand for long periods of time. Some college coursework preferred . Able to pass a drug screen, TB test and Federal background check

- Job Type : Part-time, Non-exempt
- Pay : $18 per hour
- Work Location : TBD (One of the 9 Boys and Girls Club Elementary School Sites within the Newhall School District)
