Sales Support Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between our customers and internal teams. You'll work closely with both sales and operations to manage customer orders and inquiries, primarily via email and occasionally by phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales and operations teams by managing customer tasks and processing orders.
• Collaborate with the operations team to gain a deep understanding of our products.
• Communicate with customers weekly, primarily through email.
• Handle 515 phone calls daily, mostly for forwarding and administrative purposes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
