Workforce Genetics – Healthcare Services is proud to lead the search for a Director of Sales to join an innovative and rapidly growing Home Care organization based in Chantilly, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth while leading a team of Business Development Managers toward both professional and personal success.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for executing regional sales strategies, building strong referral networks, and expanding the organization’s footprint across the community. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and knows how to turn relationships into results.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase patient referrals and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers
- Cultivate relationships with hospitals, physician groups, discharge planners, and community partners
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuity of care and service excellence
