Overview

We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to join our team and provide top-quality electrical service across multiple residential communities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, thorough knowledge of electrical codes, and a commitment to safety and excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential properties, including older systems.

Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Ohio electrical codes .

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to perform accurate installations and repairs.

Diagnose electrical issues efficiently and recommend effective solutions.

Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with property management and residents.

Travel between multiple community locations to provide on-site support.

Qualifications

Active OCILB State of Ohio Electrical License (required to submit).

At least 3 years of residential electrical service experience.

Comprehensive knowledge of NEC and Ohio electrical codes .

Demonstrated experience with installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including older infrastructure.

Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between communities (vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed).

Familiarity with high-end residential systems is a plus.
