Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Night Shift

The Orchards at Armada is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team on the full-time night shift . Our CNAs play a vital role in providing quality care and comfort to our residents.

Schedule : Full-Time

12-hour shifts

Night Shift : 6 : 30 PM – 6 : 45 AM

CNA Responsibilities :

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation

Deliver meals and assist with feeding and nutritional supplements

Accurately document food, fluid intake, and output

Help maintain resident hygiene and clean living environments

Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Assist with transporting residents within the facility

Support nurses and clinical staff as needed

Follow all facility policies, procedures, and care standards

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident and facility information

Qualifications :

Current and valid CNA certification (State of Michigan)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Physical stamina to meet job demands

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required
