Manager of Payor Partnerships

A company is looking for a Manager of Payor Partnership Analysis to drive successful partnerships through analysis of payor reimbursement and contract performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop models to analyze reimbursement rates and identify areas for improvement

Support operational and financial implementation of the Payor Contracting business plan

Provide insights to negotiators to optimize payor agreements using various methodologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business required

5+ years of Payor and / or Provider contracting experience required

Demonstrated analytical, project management, and leadership skills

Knowledge of contract methodologies and financial terms

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
