$185,000.00 / yr - $215,000.00 / yr

About The Role
This is a strategic, pre-sales role designed to accelerate our enterprise growth by guiding prospects through technical discovery, evaluation, and proof-of-concepts. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales to demonstrate Mintlify’s value, remove technical blockers, and help close our largest customers.
This role works cross-functionally with sales, product, and our CEO to ensure prospects see a clear technical and business case for adopting Mintlify.
Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to deeply understand their documentation workflows and pain pointsDesign and deliver demos and proof-of-concepts that highlight Mintlify’s value and differentiationPartner with sales to shape deal strategy, address technical objections, and accelerate the sales cycleServe as the technical voice during evaluations, ensuring stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) are alignedGather and communicate prospect feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market prioritiesTrack and optimize pre-sales processes to shorten evaluation cycles and increase conversion ratesRequirements
Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles with a record of winning enterprise dealsStrong proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to prototype and tailor demosComfortable with prompt engineering to script, analyze, and showcase customer-specific use casesAbility to translate technical depth into business impact for diverse stakeholdersExcellent presentation, communication, and project management skills — able to run multiple complex evaluations simultaneouslyStrong eye for design and storytelling to make technical demos compelling and memorableBonus : Experience with RFPs, enterprise procurement cycles, or complex sales motionsCompany Benefits
