We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our Managing Partner during this next stage of growth. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional to step into a fast-moving environment, help drive efficiency, and become a key partner in our company’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, appointments, and email correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Coordinate travel planning and logistics, including private aviation services
- Oversee fleet management tasks such as vehicle maintenance, licensing, and insurance for 20+ vehicles
- Track certifications and licenses
- Plan and schedule internal team functions and events
- Support HR administrative responsibilities, including onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee records, coordinating with payroll / benefits providers, and assisting in the recruiting and hiring process
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in an executive support roleStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize, follow through, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentExperience with HR administrative work and recruiting support is a plus
