Landscaping Lead - Foreman

Groundhog Landscaping, located in Derry, NH, is looking for a motivated full-time Landscaping Lead - Foreman to join our team.

This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with typical work hours from 6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM , though start and end times may vary depending on weather and job requirements. During busy seasons, occasional Saturday shifts may be necessary to meet workload demands.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $22 - $24 / hour , based on experience, and includes a guaranteed salary during winter months for qualified candidates.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Landscaping Lead - Foreman, you will oversee a 2-3 person crew, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Each day, you will coordinate with your crew to execute tasks such as planting installation, lawn installation, small hardscape projects, and general landscape maintenance. Operating and maintaining equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, and other tools, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will communicate professionally with customers and work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional results. At the end of each day, you will ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted to your supervisor.
