Job Opportunity : MRI Technologist

Location : Brattleboro, VT

Start Date : 12 / 9 / 2024

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift Type : Afternoons | Monday – Friday | 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM

Hours / Week : 40 hours guaranteed

Weekend Requirements : None

On-Call Requirements : None

Job Description :

Join a dedicated radiology team in beautiful Brattleboro, VT, as an MRI Technologist . Under the supervision of the Director of Radiology, you will :

  • Perform technical MRI procedures independently, requiring sound judgment and initiative.
  • Apply a comprehensive understanding of MRI safety.
  • Utilize your expertise to deliver high-quality imaging services to a diverse patient population.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced MRI Technologists to work in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Submission Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in a hospital setting as an MRI Technologist – REQUIRED
  • Graduation from a formal AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology – REQUIRED
  • Flu vaccination (please include vaccination status in submission notes).
  • Venipuncture Certification or willingness to obtain – REQUIRED
  • Experience with Toshiba equipment and Cerner EMR – Preferred
  • Prior travel experience – Preferred

    • Profile Requirements :

  • Updated resume .
  • Completed skills checklist (specific to MRI, current within one year).
  • Two supervisory references from the last two years of employment.
  • Certifications (don’t need to be active at submission, but must be willing to obtain).
  • COVID vaccination (not required, but include status if vaccinated).
  • Flu vaccination documentation.

    • Certification Requirements :

  • ARRT Certification – Required
  • BLS (AHA) – Required
  • Venipuncture Certification – Must be willing to obtain
