Overview
We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our team. The GSS will be responsible for delivering a top notch guest experience while facilitating completion of store level tasks.

Responsibilities
- Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties as implemented by management.
- Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help perform tasks effectively.
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
- Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels.
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.).
- Ensure 24 / 7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
- Responsible for cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
- Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
- Address inquiries and handle guest complaints.
- Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Must be efficient and organized.At least 18 years of age.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outdoor, etc.).Education
