We have animmediate opening for a Field Service Technician in our Battery Department at our Salt Lake City Branch. This is a dual role working on batteries and material handling equipment. Job Duties :

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Industrial Batteries and chargers for material handling equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Toyota material handling equipment and all other makes of lift trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, etc.
• Ability to convey product knowledge and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with service managers, parts department, and dispatchers to expedite repairs and service.
• Maintain timely and accurate accounting of labor hours, work orders, parts used for inventory.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
