Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health RN in Hot Springs, AR. The nurse will conduct home visits, complete OASIS documentation, and chart all patient care in Homecare Homebase (HCHB). This assignment is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys working independently in the field and providing patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities :

Complete comprehensive assessments, admissions, and discharges using OASIS

Deliver skilled nursing interventions and patient education

Document all visits in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Follow agency protocols and maintain Joint Commission compliance

Qualifications :

Current RN license in Arkansas

At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in home health

Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
