We are searching for the best talent for a Regional Sales Coordinator based in West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Purpose : The Regional Sales Coordinator position is a key role supporting the J&J MedTech Field Sales Organizations. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the field within the assigned areas / regions. The ideal candidate is professional, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possesses exceptional customer service skills.

You will be responsible for :

• Providing diverse administrative and subject matter expert support to multiple sales leaders and their respective areas / regions.
• Assisting with Human Resources-related processes including position posting, on-boarding, off-boarding, and transfers for the field sales organization.
• Collecting and consolidating data for analysis, preparing communications and presentations, and maintaining monthly reports.
• Coordinating travel and off-site area / regional meetings; may also require on-site meeting facilitation.
• Processing check requisitions and invoice payments for Area / Regional business expenses.
• Interacting with internal partners to support continuous process improvements and make decisions to meet future needs of the team and the business.
• Providing guidance related to training, policies, and other miscellaneous requests to assigned teams.
• Performing administrative requirements and other duties assigned in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's Degree required; preferred focused on business.
