We are looking for a dedicated People Associate to join our team in Richardson, Texas. This role is a long-term contract position, offering a hybrid work schedule with on-site presence required Tuesday through Thursday. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring accuracy in employee records management and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
Responsibilities :
- Enter and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Assist in the management and organization of employee records with a focus on data integrity.
- Review and analyze offer letters to ensure they align with company standards.
- Utilize systems such as PeopleSoft and ServiceNow to execute HR tasks effectively.
- Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and improve processes.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across various channels to convey important information.
- Adapt quickly to different systems and technologies to meet operational needs.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with systems such as PeopleSoft and ServiceNow is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Basic computer skills, including Adobe Acrobat and general navigation of software applications.
