Business Development Representative

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Business Development Representative for a company in Springfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :

  • Make outbound calls to set up sales appointments and generate leads
  • Heavy phone calls and computer usage
  • Must maintain a 5% or higher conversation-to-meeting rate

Business Development Representative Requirements :

  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must have computer experience
