About The Position

Registered Nurse - ER

Any and everything common to ED, chest pain, abd pain, ortho trauma

Peds not required for TN

Special Procedures / Unit Details :

11 rooms with 18 hallway beds that can be utilized for high census

Ratios should be 1 : 4-5 although can go higher if low staffing and high census

Triage is assigned and rotates, sometimes charge nurse has to function as triage

Skills :

General Emergency Department - Combined Adult / Pedi

Interpretation of Dysthymias

Management of Dysrhythmias

Starting IV's

Triage

Meditech
