Produce clear instructional Set-Up sheets for CNC machinist with estimated cycle times. MC Molds Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift.
Requirements :
- Must be able to program 3 and / or 5 axis CNC milling centers using 2D and 3D CAM software.
- A minimum of 2 full years of CNC programming using CAM software
- Create efficient machining programs with correct tooling and feed-rates.
- Must be able to read and understand blue prints.
- Must understand GD&T fundamentals
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of good fixture and jig practices.
- Ability to work with a cross functional team on a variety of projects
- Willingly to work overtime and on the weekends when needed
- Knowledge and experience with feature recognition software is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience post processing and editing posts.
