Are you passionate about building a culture of quality, and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a dynamic Quality Manager to take the reins of our Operations Quality Department and make a lasting impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented Quality team to champion excellence across our operations.
- Be the go-to expert for compliance — ensuring processes meet global Quality System standards and maintaining the integrity of our Certificates of Compliance & Conformity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products with Advanced Product Quality Planning and eliminate nonconforming products.
- Assess risks, create streamlined processes, and design systems that connect departments and facilities seamlessly.
- Drive Management Review Meetings, customer return analyses, and serve as the voice of Quality Management for our U.S. business.
