Management experience preferred, days, nights, and weekends typical.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise FOH staff during service, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and beverage cart operators
Greet guests, check in with tables, and respond to complaints or special requests
Assist with beverage restocking and maintaining bar par levels
Train and mentor new staff on procedures, menu knowledge, and service style
Ensure all FOH areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of private events, buffets, or tastings
