We’re looking for a full-time salaried loan officer inside sales to join our growing team! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. Compensation :
$55,000 - $62,000 per year Plus Bonus structure
Responsibilities :
- Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
- Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
- Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
- Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service
- Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting, such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
- Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculatio,n then report any discrepancies to the loan originator
Qualifications :
Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valuedAt least 3+ years of mortgage experience, preferably as a loan officer assistant or loan officerStrong understanding of loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable / fixed, commercial loans, etc.Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and Encompass software preferredAbout Company
