Position Summary :

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in designing engaging content across digital and print platforms (including collateral, web, email, events, social and video) that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to bring ideas to life through captivating visuals in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring hands-on design work as well as creative direction and collaboration with other teams.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Graphic Designer at Discovery Life Sciences :

• Concept to Creation : Reviewing project briefs with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into strategic, brand-aligned design concepts
• Hands-On Design Work : Create web graphics, email visuals, social media posts, sales collateral, or trade show materials
• Project & Brand Management : Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite to manage multiple design projects at once, while keeping track of deadlines

Discovery Life Sciences is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. The base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $90,000. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, skills, and experience.
