As a Senior Agile Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and successful delivery of complex digital products within a dynamic and fast-evolving environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate business needs into clear, actionable product roadmaps and ensure alignment between stakeholders, development teams, and company objectives. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who combines business acumen, technical understanding, and agile leadership to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experience and operational performance. You will be instrumental in shaping a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Accountabilities :
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify priorities and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
- Lead agile product development initiatives, partnering with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate product usage, performance, and feedback to drive ongoing improvements and increase user adoption.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training and documentation materials to support product rollout and adoption.
- Coach and mentor other Product Owners, fostering collaboration and best practices across agile teams.
- Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry.At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment.Proven track record leading large-scale system implementations or product launches.Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels.Proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship-building across technical and business teams.Certifications such as CSPO or SAFe are highly desirable.Experience with underwriting, policy administration systems, broker management, or data analytics is a strong advantage.Ability to travel up to 10%.Benefits
