Position Summary
The Service-to-Sales Representative bridges the gap between the service department and the sales team by identifying customers who are ready to upgrade into a new Mazda vehicle. Using Automotive Mastermind, this individual proactively engages service customers, builds relationships, and provides tailored upgrade opportunities that enhance customer loyalty and retention.
This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and motivated by both service excellence and sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize Automotive Mastermind and dealership CRM tools to identify high-value service drive customers with strong upgrade potential.
Engage customers in the service lane and present personalized upgrade options based on vehicle history, equity position, and ownership trends.
Coordinate seamlessly with service advisors and sales managers to ensure a smooth transition from service to sales.
Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email to schedule vehicle upgrade consultations and test drives.
Maintain a consistent presence in the service drive to greet and assist guests.
Achieve monthly goals for upgrade conversions, customer retention, and satisfaction scores.
Stay informed on Mazda’s latest models, incentives, and programs to present accurate and appealing offers.
Track and report performance metrics related to Automotive Mastermind engagement and sales activity.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects Sport Mazda North’s core values of honesty, respect, and efficiency.
Qualifications
Previous automotive experience preferred (sales, service advisor, or BDC roles are a plus).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Automotive Mastermind, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
