Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with ARRT M and ARRT R certifications and at least 2 years of experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Outpatient mammography unit specializing in screening and diagnostic mammograms
  • 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday from 9 : 00 AM to 7 : 15 PM
  • No floating required
  • Patients include those receiving mammograms, stereotactic breast biopsies, and DEXA scans
  • Equipment includes Hologic 3D, Hologic Affirm BX, and GE systems
  • Uses Epic for charting
  • First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment
  • Must wear grey scrubs while on duty
  • Modules are completed during orientation and must be finished within the first 8 hours
  • RTO must be submitted at time of application; late requests will not be accepted
  • Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a different rate
  • PA Childline and fingerprint clearance from within 5 years of start required

  • Valid ARRT M and ARRT R certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mammography required
  • Valid state license or certification required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
  • Ability to perform screening / diagnostic mammograms, stereotactic breast biopsies, and DEXA scans
  • Successful PA fingerprint background check required prior to start
  • Ability to complete compliance labs within 48 hours of offer
  • Submission of two professional references and copies of certifications required
