ARF Administrator (Mental Health) (Stockton)

Ever Well Health is looking for a caring facility Administrator, with strong operational leadership capabilities, to join our growing team. The facility Administrator will be a major contributor to leading staff towards this mission.

The Administrator will manage the teams and individuals who provide direct care of our residents. REPORTS TO : Director of Residential Services

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Full-time, salaried exempt position with a 45 - 55 hour expected work week. If staffing issues or emergencies arise the Administrator will be required to work evenings and weekends, as needed.

JOB SUMMARY

• The Administrator is responsible for the overall engagement and well-being of the residents and staff. The Administrator sets the tone for the facility and the expectations for staff / resident, staff / staff and resident / resident relationships. The Administrator is expected to create a home-like atmosphere where residents and staff are treated with understanding, patience and dignity.
