IT Support Technician - Desktop & Enterprise Services Step into a dynamic environment where your technical expertise powers the productivity of a fast-paced enterprise. We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician who thrives on solving problems, deploying solutions, and delivering exceptional service-all while working shoulder-to-shoulder with passionate professionals.

What You'll Do As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for desktop and enterprise-level support across multiple locations. You'll tackle everything from escalated service requests to large-scale workstation deployments, ensuring seamless tech experiences for internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing second and third-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, projectors, and video conferencing systems.
  • Delivering remote and desk-side support for escalated incidents and service requests.
  • Participating in mass workstation deployments, migrations, and hardware refreshes.
  • Creating and maintaining knowledgebase documentation.
  • Supporting asset management procedures and backup coverage for the IT Service Desk.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with mass workstation deployments and migrations.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for juggling multiple issues with precision.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally and 20lbs regularly.
  • Willingness to respond to after-hours support emergencies via on-call pager system.
  • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Office 365 support experience.
  • A+ or N+ Certification.
  • MCP (Windows 7), MCSA (Windows 10), or ITIL v3 / v4 Foundations.
  • Certified Desktop Support Analyst (HDI).
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

    Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 / hr.
