Graphic Designer (Framer Experience) - SF

We’re hiring our first Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels, product marketing, and internal assets. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you’ll collaborate across the marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape how the world sees and experiences Pump.

Responsibilities :

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership
• Own and evolve Pump’s brand system—ensuring visual consistency across all public touchpoints
• Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and occasionally motion / animated assets
• Contribute to design strategy, campaign brainstorming, and creative ideation sessions
• Support presentation design for executive and investor communications

Compensation : $110,000 USD - $160,000 USD

Equity : 0.05% – 0.2%
