Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans for concrete construction scopes.
• Collaborate with operations teams during project turnover and planning phases.
• Identify project risks and opportunities to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Lead and prepare field teams using structured planning and execution processes.
• Oversee and validate timekeeping, delivery tracking, and daily reporting.
• Ensure project milestones, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are met.
• Communicate project status clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and performance across all field operations.
