Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans for concrete construction scopes.
- Collaborate with operations teams during project turnover and planning phases.
- Identify project risks and opportunities to optimize performance and outcomes.
- Lead and prepare field teams using structured planning and execution processes.
- Oversee and validate timekeeping, delivery tracking, and daily reporting.
- Ensure project milestones, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Communicate project status clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
- Drive accountability and performance across all field operations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Superintendent - Concrete Construction should have :
Excellent experience in concrete or self-perform construction.Proven leadership on commercial or industrial projects over $500K in value.Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and safety.Experience with a variety of project types, including commercial and industrial builds.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.What's on Offer
