Are you passionate about driving innovation and helping clients unlock the full potential of cutting-edge systems? As a Business Consultant III with our Banking Operations Client Services Team, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring configuration of user security for the core system is structured to mitigate risk while providing guidance on recommended design and design changes. You will have the opportunity to guide existing users of the system and those going through the transition to the newer security framework. This is more than a migration—it\'s a chance to shape the future of secure, scalable solutions. You\'ll work independently, leveraging your expertise in user access and profile management to ensure customers have the right tools to succeed while minimizing risk.

As a business consultant, you will further enhance your knowledge of General Ledger functionality by analyzing system configurations and facilitating discussions aimed at optimizing the use of SilverLake System GL features. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you connect with clients, guide them on best practices, and identify opportunities to optimize their experience. Many consultants grow within this role, advancing into leadership or specialized areas, often coming from backgrounds in installation, support, or development. If you\'re driven by customer service, love working with core systems, and enjoy traveling to meet client needs, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to learn and grow.

This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Charlotte, NC; Cedar Falls, IA; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO or Louisville, KY.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you\'ll be responsible for :

• Conduct on-site and remote customer operational and / or systems analysis resulting in problem identification.
• During engagements, identifies operational and system enhancement opportunities.
• Drafts reports, including detailed reports that outline the findings and recommendations for process improvement. Based on results, designs solutions and hardware / software specifications by creating detailed documents.
• Effectively discusses JHA products, services, and solutions with customers to ensure client retention.
• May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
