The role of Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for the procurement of products and services to support but not limited to manufacturing and packaging operations, facilities management, professional services, marketing services, IT related services, HR related services, MRO, and capital goods.

- Salary Range : $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 Base Salary
- Total Compensation is comprised of a base salary plus target bonus

What You’ll Do :
Drive cost savings, cost avoidance and cash improvement on organizations indirect spendLead the development and execution of the Indirect Procurement strategy across the organizationWork closely with stakeholders and suppliers in the indirect sourcing process, including RFP / RFI / RFQ generation and evaluation, category analysis, supplier selection, continuity of supply and contract negotiationDevelop supply management strategies by which suppliers are evaluated, selected and managed in accordance with established guidelines and best practices (RFI / RFP / RFQ, Scorecards, performance metrics)Determine and drive alternate supply strategies to create cost savings and / or risk mitigationReduce and manage working capital by driving vendor payment terms and managing inventory within the target levelsFocus on continuous improvement building supply chain excellence and best practicesPlace and execute purchase orders as specified by the needs of the business, follow up and expediting orders to ensure satisfactory deliveryWhat We’re Looking For :
Education & Experience :Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 5-7 years of experience in indirect or strategic procurementManufacturing industry experience preferred.Skills & Competencies :Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projectsKnowledge of cost analysis practicesAbility to evaluate procurement bids in accordance with established criteriaStrong interpersonal and communication skills needed for interaction with both internal stakeholders and external suppliersAbility to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusionsStrong Negotiating skillsAbility to assess contract compliance and product / service qualityAbility to analyze and solve problemsAbility to make administrative / procedural decisions and judgmentsAbility to prepare formal procurement documentation in compliance with Company business policies.Ready to Apply?
