Commercial Roof Estimator Needed

We are actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add a talented Roofing Estimator / PM  to their team!

If you are looking for a chance to get in on one of the most stable roofing companies out there as a Commercial Roofing Estimator / PM, apply to our open position!

Commercial Roofing Estimator Duties :

  • Facilitication of relationships within the commercial roofing space
  • Knowledge of Commercial roofing trends and bids
  • Understanding the overall roof assembly being installed and overseeing the installation of the materials into a complete and functional roofing system.
  • Understanding how materials and roofing systems go together and come apart in order to complete repairs to existing roofing systems.
  • Communicating with members of the crew as well as project supervisor and / or business owner.
  • Maintaining project sites in a neat and orderly fashion.

Experience Required :

  • 3+ years of commercial roof experience
  • Experience in communicating to clients and representing a reputable company
  • Know of commercial roof systems
