Enterprise Account Executive
At CADDi, we are adding an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to our dynamic team. This team member will be critical to our expansion, which requires seasoned professionals capable of navigating complex sales cycles within the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for targeting and engaging with the largest manufacturing companies, demonstrating exceptional grit, expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with high-level stakeholders, including the C-suite, finance, and product teams.
What Your Days Will Look Like :
- Strategic Sales Execution : Identify and target key accounts within the manufacturing industry, developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate and expand CADDi's market share.
- High-Level Collaboration : Work closely with C-suite executives, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth progression of the sales process.
- Customer Engagement : Commit to being in person with customers 50% of the time to build trust, understand their unique needs, and tailor solutions that deliver unmatched value.
- Prospecting and Proposal Development : Dedicate 30% of your time to prospecting new clients and 20% to crafting compelling proposals that address client needs and challenges.
- Remote Leadership : Embody the initiative, independence, and resilience required to succeed and set the standard for remote engagement in enterprise sales.
