Job Title : Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

Location : Cabot, AR

Employment Type : Full-time, Contract or Salary

Position Overview : We are looking for team-oriented occupational therapist assistant who loves working with children and making therapy fun! We offer a full team approach to treatment involving patients, parents, therapists, and physicians in the development of individualized treatment plans to promote maximum outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
  • Provide direct therapy services to children with developmental, physical, and sensory challenges under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

    Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Current Liability Insurance
  • Child Maltreatment Clearance by Arkansas Department of Human Services
  • Background Check
  • Experience working with pediatric clients preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
