SUMMARY

Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic. This individual will be familiar with general repairs, hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting, and capable of performing a variety of skilled duties which may involve inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs on equipment at our concrete plant. Our equipment ranges from skid-loaders to excavators and front-end loaders to small generators, concrete saws and concrete pavers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform preventative maintenance and skilled repairs on equipment, including but not limited to backhoes, skid loaders, excavators, front-end loaders, and concrete pavers, in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
• Process all daily record-keeping and other respective administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Proficiently operate heavy equipment when primary maintenance duties have been completed.
• Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE and using excellent safety practices while visiting job sites, per CTI policies and OSHA, Federal, and State laws and regulations.
• Work with team in a professional and friendly manner and relay a positive attitude toward coworkers, vendors, and clients.
• Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease turnaround time, and streamline work processes. Be proactive with maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot and minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
