• Compensation : - Projected earnings $700,000 - $1M+ after year one- $360,000 guaranteed base salary (negotiable) in year one with a tiered collections-based bonus model- Additional earnings for supervising PAs- MOHS procedures, if performed, are paid at an enhanced rate- Partnership opportunity available in year three, with equity and profit-sharing potential
