Position Description : Landrum is looking for an experienced Recruiter in the Pensacola, FL area to join our Workforce Solutions Team. Our solutions are designed to amplify the power of people, helping organizations become more agile, competitive, and successful.COMPENSATION and BENEFITSCompetitive Compensation - starting at $44,000 annually (final offer based on experience)Profit-sharing incentive opportunityMedical, dental, vision, life and long / short-term disability insurance opportunities401(k) with match18 days of PTO and 9 paid holidaysWHAT DOES THE RECRUITER DO?Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting applicants to fill temporary, temp to hire and direct hire positions in administrative, professional and industrial environments for client companies. Manages worksite employees as client contact requests regarding hiring, terminating, coaching and counseling. Assumes additional staffing duties in the absence of other Recruiters when directed or as needed.Some of the duties for this role include : Discuss personnel needs with client companies to assist in preparing and implementing necessary recruiting tools.Accept job orders for client companies, gathering pertinent data including start date and time, length of assignment, skills required, specific software knowledge required, essential functions of job, report to supervisor and work hours.Responsible for managing client accounts to build rapport with clients to expand services and retain business, to include in person visits to client sites.Determine appropriate pay rates and market trends for jobs and presents information to clients to educate on the local labor market.Select applicants to fill job assignments based on required skills, experience, training, acceptable pay, availability, skills tests results and work ethic.Provide all pertinent information to job applicants regarding Staffing assignment, including company facilities, pay rate, job duties, name of supervisor, and hours of work.Organize appropriate electronic workflows to maintain contact with employees and clients.Participate in off-site job fairs and community events to recruit and build community outreach efforts.Suggest process updates and work with department members to implement and evaluate changes on an on-going basis.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree preferred2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting search or other related fieldProficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with new technologiesCertified Staffing Professional certification or Professional in Human Resources certification preferred1 year customer service experience preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation
