As a Registered Nurse (RN)\n\nDepartment / Unit Summary\n\nWe are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse to enhance our Rehabilitation Unit. In this role, you will : \n

  • Provide direct patient care, closely monitoring their progress.\n
  • Assist patients in recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.\n
  • Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.\n
  • Administer medications and foster a safe, supportive environment for all.\n
  • Utilize strong communication and critical thinking skills to coordinate care and address patient needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
  • Staffing and Scheduling : Manage nurse schedules to ensure adequate coverage, addressing gaps due to absences or increased patient acuity.\n
  • Resource Allocation : Assign nursing staff based on patient needs and acuity levels to optimize care delivery.\n
  • Crisis Management : Respond to emergencies by implementing protocols and coordinating with relevant departments.\n
  • Communication : Serve as the liaison between nursing staff, physicians, patients, families, and administration to ensure effective information flow.\n
  • Policy Enforcement : Uphold hospital policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.\n
  • Patient Flow Coordination : Monitor patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to maintain optimal bed utilization.\n

  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire\n
  • ACLS and PALS within six months of hire\n
