Base pay range

$100,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr

Full Stack Web Developer

The Opportunity

TalentoHC is partnered with a leading legal services company to hire a Full Stack Developer who will own end-to-end web development, build scalable applications, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver modern, user-focused solutions. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our websites and landing pages in collaboration with our marketing, intake, and IT teams. You’ll own / manage site performance, optimization, integration, and future content builds.

Requirements

  • Performance of multiple websites and key landing pages across the business
  • Overseeing key website vitals and performance metrics
  • Developing, testing and debugging maintainable, clean code
  • Designing and optimizing user experience / interactions on our web applications
  • Ensure responsive design and accessibility of applications and websites
  • Setting up servers and databases
  • Working with graphic designers to design and install new features
  • Maintaining security, scalability and speed of web development efforts
  • Provide guidance and oversight to team members
  • Work with vendors to integrate third-party applications and APIs into our platform seamlessly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a full stack web developer, with 5 years of experience with WordPress
  • Familiarity with WordPress theme builders (e.g. Divi, Thrive, etc.)
  • Familiarity with phpMyAdmin database management
  • Strong understanding of SEO and accessibility principles
  • Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting ad operations and technical issues related to marketing tracking and analytic tools
  • Knowledge of server configurations and hosting environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation services
  • Experience with call tracking technologies like Call Rail
  • Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook and desire to innovate
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work on call as needed
