Associate Attorney Workers Comp Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Workers Comp Attorney to join our legal team. This role focuses on providing expert legal representation to clients in workers' compensation cases, ensuring their rights are protected and they receive the benefits they deserve. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and hearings
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents
• Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements
• Advise clients on their rights and legal options
• Attend court hearings and mediations as needed
• Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to strengthen case outcomes
