Duet, Administrative Assistant

Under the supervision of the Duet Executive Assistant, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing daily support for Duet's Administrative Offices, including the Leadership Team.

This position will require a flexible work schedule. When needed to attend occasional evening or weekend meetings.

Must not appear on the APS / CPS Registry for abuse / neglect, or have been dismissed from a prior employment due to suspected or actual abuse / neglect. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must ensure confidentiality of all information and act in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Must be a strong team player with a positive attitude. Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing and be able to establish effective working relationships with staff, professionals, community representatives and the general public. Provide clerical support to the Duet Administrative offices. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Prepare correspondence for Duet Administrative Office employees. Take, transcribe and disseminate minutes for committee meetings and other meetings as required. Sort and distribute mail coming in to the Duet Administrative office. Route all information appropriately. Maintain inventory and order supplies for the Administrative offices. Answer a multi-line phone system and have excellent telephone skills. Fulfill Duet responsibilities for the ENHSA receptionist. Other duties as assigned by the Duet Executive Assistant.

A high school diploma or GED is required. Two years clerical experience preferred. Two years Human Services experience preferred. Ability to perform tasks efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision and in sometimes stressful situations. Ability to operate office equipment. (Multi-line postage meter and phone system, fax, calculator, copy machines, etc.) Ability to work independently.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds. Must be able to bend and stoop and be able to sit in one position for long periods of time. Must be able to perform general office working conditions such as light lifting, sitting, bending, and standing.
