Immigration Paralegal / Legal assistant

Seeking Immigration Paralegal for Fullerton Law Firm

Busy, fast-paced immigration law firm is looking for an experienced paralegal.

Candidate must have a MINIMUM of 1 year immigration experience and must be 100% bilingual (English / Spanish)

Knowledge in family petitions, consular processing, SIJS is preferred.

Job Duties :

• Assist Attorney and staff with client cases
• Communicate with clients and provide case status

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree preferred

MUST be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize the workload

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Work well under pressure

Must be punctual and have an excellent attendance record

Critical thinking, problem solving and determination

Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision

Strong customer service skills - ability to interact with customers and provide case status and updates in a professional manner

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Detail-oriented nature with a sense of urgency

Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work on one's own

Pay : $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
