Job Title
Organization-wide responsibilities to ensure Saint Luke's BJC Health System and each Health Service Organization (HSO) are compliant with all state and federal government requirements with respect to community benefit reporting, an important component to retaining not-profit status.
Oversees and ensures accuracy of all data collected for Saint Luke's HSOs annual community benefit reports, as related to information required to be included in Schedule H of Form IRS 990 submissions.
Serves in leadership role in tri-annual community health needs assessment process for Saint Luke's and HSOs.
Implements and oversees ongoing utilization of Community Benefit Inventory for Social Accountability (CBISA) Software program.
Implements innovative programs to form networks with other hospitals systems and community organization to help advance community health improvement.
