Executive Meeting Manager
The Radisson Hotel La Crosse is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive Meeting Manager to join our high-performing Sales Team!
As an Executive Meeting Manager, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that revenue goals are achieved or exceeded by proactively prospecting, closing, and facilitating group business opportunities, as well as overseeing event execution. You'll also participate in implementing strategies to increase hotel awareness and coordinate business operations across departments.
Hybrid Schedule | Full-Time : Primarily standard business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support events.

Sales initiatives, managing RFPs, detailing BEOs, generating new leads, and providing clear, strong, and creative negotiation and accommodation for current and potential client requests.Conduct market research and analysis to align with industry trends and opportunities for soliciting business and maintaining client loyalty for future bookings.Servicing of booked events within market segment. Serving as point of contact and liaison between guests, sales, catering, and all other impacted hotel operations departments post to ensure smooth execution of meetings and events.Requirements / Skills :
One - three years full service hotel experience preferredLocal market knowledge preferredHigh school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferredExperience managing brand standardsAble to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensureExposure or previous coordination of hotel sales contract lawsProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and / or Opera, Cvent diagramingStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsStrong mathematical skillsAbility to travelAbility to work a flexible schedule when needed due to business volume or group needsPhysical Demands :
